Location: Mahalia Jackson Court (1 E. 79th St.)

Tree-A-Palooza is a community-centered event to celebrate the newly planted trees along 79th St. that have helped beautify Mahalia’s Mile. The event will provide an opportunity to learn more about trees and promote engagement on greening the Greater Chatham area by providing access to free tree plantings for residents, churches, and others. The event will include music, food, and family-friendly activities.
